What we believe
The decision and the traffic belong in one record.
Most organisations govern AI on paper and secure it on the wire, in two systems that never meet. We think a governance decision is only as good as its link to what actually runs, and a security control is only as defensible as the decision behind it.
We also think a regulated buyer should not have to add another vendor cloud to its AI data path in order to govern that path. So MERIDVAR is software you install and operate. Nothing is sent to us.

Every product statement on this site traces to shipped, documented behaviour. A buyer should find in production exactly what was described.
A person decides
Nothing is approved automatically and nothing is revoked automatically. The software records, checks and flags. People are accountable.

No telemetry, no call home, no MERIDVAR cloud. We cannot see your prompts, your policies or your evidence.

More than 17 years in cybersecurity go to market, building commercial operations from zero to revenue across EMEA and Latin America for US security companies.
Eduardo holds the EXIN Privacy and Data Protection certification and works in Portuguese, English and Spanish. He built the first version of MERIDVAR himself to validate the architecture.

MERIDVAR is an early stage company based in Lisbon, Portugal. The product is a beta candidate for general availability and is being evaluated on customer infrastructure. Our first market is regulated enterprise in Europe.
